Please review the following choices carefully, refunds and returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method. If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated below, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

Refunds

Purchases are refundable up to fourteen days from the original purchase date as long as the shrink-wrap has been unopened and the item is returned in the original custom box. 

Items returned will be refunded to the credit card used. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please print out the Shipping Confirmation email you received after the item(s) shipped. Include that printout in the box and write your Order Number on the outside of the box. If we do not receive the Shipping Confirmation printout, we cannot process the return and you will not receive your refund.

Items that Cannot be Returned

Shrink-wrapped or sealed products which have been opened and/or removed from original packaging may not be returned for a refund. If the item is defective, it my be exchanged only for the same product.

All Digital content, including videos & photos, eBooks, and audiobooks are not eligible for return or refund.

Replacement

If the book has been damaged during shipping, please contact customer service and request a replacement within fourteen days of the original purchase date.

Once you have received your return authorization number and label, follow the instructions below:

  • Securely pack the item(s) that you are returning to us.
  • Enclose a copy of your packing slip.
  • Affix the label that we emailed to you and ship the package.
    • If your label is non-paid, be sure to apply adequate postage.
    • We are not responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility. Please save your tracking information so that you can follow up with the vendor with which you shipped.

Non-paid return labels are provided for returns where the customer changed their mind, no longer wants an item, ordered the wrong item, received an item later than expected, etc.

Paid return labels are only given for damaged items, wrong items sent by the warehouse, duplicate items sent by the warehouse, etc.

 

Please note that One Athletics does not accept International orders at this time.

Any orders abandoned by you for any reason -- WILL NOT be refunded.

Important: These terms are non-negotiable and will be enforced at the discretion of One Athletics. Customer service will not investigate any order disputes past the fourteen day grace period from date of original purchase. Should you ever have questions or concerns regarding a recent order, please contact  customer service immediately; help@oneathletics.org

Shipping & Delivery​

Our team is dedicated to shipping and delivering your purchase as soon as possible; however we cannot be responsible for shipping delays from the shipping company/courier.

Once your order is ready for shipping, we will put it in a bubble wrap sleeve and then placed in a custom box mailer. This will ensure your book arrives in pristine shape.

Please note: we do not accept international orders at this time. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:​

If an item has been marked as undeliverable, lost, or stolen, and it is returned to us, the customer will be notified via email. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping courier on any and all lost or stolen orders. One Athletics will refund or replace the order contingent upon the customer providing proof, from the courier, that the package is undeliverable, lost, or stolen. One Athletics is not responsible for packages over $1,000 in value that have been signed for by the customer confirming receipt.

Damaged or Wrong Items:​

Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. Should this happen, please contact customer service for assistance within 3 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product, package, or packing slip away. You will be asked to return or provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items).  Please see refund policy.

Credit Card Authorization Form:​

In order to protect customers from fraudulent activity, we may request you to complete a credit card authorization form if your order is of high value, and the shipping and billing addresses do not match. We currently accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and money order.

International:​

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Time:​

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with an 8:00 a.m. EST order cutoff for same day processing.  Shipping is via UPS Mail Innovations who will deliver to USPS for the final delivery.  Shipping time is typically 3 to 6 business days for domestic US orders.
